ART AND DIGITAL FILE REQUIREMENTS
Spot Color Formats:
GOOD:
Mac or PC
• EPS, Illustrator CC or before, CorelDraw!
• Emailed files 10mb or smaller
• Fonts converted to outlines/curves
All other formats must be converted into one of the above.
• Photoshop art must be in black & white only, and at least 600 DPI.
• Multi-color Photoshop files may be subject to an art charge due to the difficulty of preparing clean spot-color separations.
Please indicate if you need typesetting added and indicate font. We will match the fonts as closely as possible. Typesetting charges will be quoted upon request.
MARGINAL OR UNUSABLE:
• Low resolution JPG, BMP, GIF
• Power point
• Word Art
Art provided in an unusable format can be re-rendered by our art staff. Art charges will be quoted upon request.
Four Color Formats:
GOOD:
Mac or PC
• Illustrator CC or before, Photoshop of TIFF
• Scans (TIFF, JPEG, Photoshop) must be at least 600dpi.
• All text must be converted to outlines/curves.
• Include a hard copy for layout confirmation only.
• Emailed files are the best when zipped, should be smaller than 10mb.
• A FTP site is available, call for details.
Scanned photographs may require additional art charges
