Organic Polymer Imprint Colors
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PROTECTION, Glassware Graphics' imprinting is lead and cadmium free. Our standard Organic Polymer imprints, used on our precision spot color and 4-Color Perfect system, match PMS colors, are lead & cadmium free and are very brilliant even on colored items. They are microwave safe with good (top rack) residential dishwasher resistance on glass & ceramic items. Metallic items cannot be micro-waved. NOTE: High Temperature “sanitation” cycles will shorten the life of any lead-free ink. Organic Polymer imprints meet California Proposition 65 requirements without warning stickers.
Commercial Dishwasher Ink:
Certain items are available with lead and cadmium free commercial dishwasher resistant imprints. Commercial dishwasher imprints are available in limited colors and may have a semi-gloss finish. Please contact us for information.
Complaints
Complaints or requests for corrections must be made within 14 days after order ships.
Cancellations
Canceled orders will be subject to all charges incurred prior to cancellation.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver your order when you need it! Please indicate event dates on orders with critical deadlines.
Shipping Quantity
Standard Over & Under quantity: 36pcs: ± 4 pcs. 72pcs: ± 6pcs. 144pcs: ± 12pcs. 288pcs. or more: ± 5%. Orders specified as “No Overs” may be shipped short the amount listed above.
Freight
All orders are FOB Glassware Graphics, West Des Moines, IA 50265. Carrier is determined at the time the order is placed. Orders are palletized and shipped via Motor Freight, whenever possible.
Packaging
Orders shipped via parcel service (UPS, Fed Ex etc.) are repackaged to reduce breakage. The cost for this is included with your shipping quote
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are estimated when we quote your order. We can ship on your account if requested. Customer arranged freight is subject to a handling charge. Please note: Certain addresses and circumstances are subject to freight surcharges which are not always apparent during the quoting process. These extra charges will be billed as needed.
Multiple Address Shipments
Orders shipping to multiple addresses (more than one) are subject to additional address charges which are quoted with your shipping quote.
Rush Charges
Rush charges, if applicable, are determined at the time the order is placed and depend upon current work load, quantity ordered and delivery date requested.
Individual Packaging
Individual packaging is available for many of our products.
Returns
All returns must have written factory authorization prior to shipping.
USA Made Items
Item sourcing may be subject to change. Rest assured though that all items are printed right here in the USA.
Personalization
Many items can be personalized with individual names, please contact us for information
Virtual Proof and Printed Proofs
Prior to production, you will receive a virtual (digital) proof to be approved before your order enters production. Please examine this carefully, once approved, we are not responsible for errors. Changes can be made with up to 3 virtual proofs at N/C. Actual printed proofs are available for critical jobs and are quoted as needed.
Quality of Glass and Ceramic Items
Due to the inherent properties of glassware and ceramics, slight imperfections and variations in surface quality and color may occur. These imperfections will not be considered a cause for rejection.
Imprint Location
Due to size and shape variations (height and roundness), exact location and straightness of imprints may vary by as much as 1/16”. Although we make every effort to compensate, such variation is not cause for rejection.
Capacity
All sizes and capacity are approximate and may vary.
Trademarks and Logos
All trademarks, logos and copy shown in our website are strictly for illustrative purposes only, and do not suggest that they are available to any purchaser without the express permission of the owner of the trademarked or copyrighted art, copy or verbiage. Glassware Graphics accepts artwork as being submitted in full compliance with all intellectual property laws. All customers agree that by submitting material for use in producing orders, all art and copy materials are in compliance with these laws and Glassware Graphics cannot be held liable for any violations.
Terms
All orders are to be prepaid.
Registration
Our multicolor registration is EXCELLENT. We accomplish this without the use of decals or transfers. Orders produced with our exclusive, precise multicolor system are registered within 1/64” or less.
